Boot camps at RAD Fitness provide an extreme training experience. Boot camps will consist of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that combine a series of exercises that will improve all the core components of optimal physical performance. These dynamic exercises are constructed to push the body and mind, combining cardiovascular fitness, strength training and speed training to produce a well rounded athlete.
