Group Training

Reno Athlete Development & Fitness understands the importance of staying motivated, focused, and competitive while participating in sports.  Group training at RAD Fitness provides high-intensity, competitive workouts that will push you to your limits. There are three main areas of focus in group training:

  1. Speed/Agility/Quickness
  2. Lower Body Strength
  3. Upper Body Strength

Each session will focus on one of the three listed above.  Every session will take the athletes through a series of exercises that will improve the athletic movements, while building core strength and neuromuscular control.

Athletes and teams looking for private group trainings to improve core strength, speed & quickness, power, athletic movements, and injury prevention will follow a comprehensive sports-specific program that will elevate them above the competition. To set up a consultation or for more information, please contact us.
